PJM started with kitchen installation and grew outwards from there — worktops, flooring, fitted bedrooms, media walls, whole-property renovations. It is all joinery, and it all comes back to the same habits.
A kitchen is the hardest room in a house to get right. Walls are rarely square, floors are rarely level, and everything in the room still has to line up with everything else. Get the joinery right and the rest follows. Get it wrong and no amount of expensive doors will hide it — you will see it every time you open a cupboard.
So we scribe to the wall instead of filling the gap. We pack a run level before the worktop goes near it. We hang a door so it still shuts properly in five years. None of it is glamorous and none of it is quick, but it is the difference between a kitchen that looks finished and one that only looks finished on handover day.
We work for homeowners and commercial clients across Lanarkshire, Glasgow and central Scotland. The joinery we do ourselves. For gas, electrical and plumbing we bring in certified tradespeople and coordinate them as part of the project, so you get full compliance and one point of contact rather than a list of numbers to chase.
